We designed and developed this Reversi (Othello) application from scratch using Flutter and Dart, creating a high-performance experience available on both Android and iOS.

Key elements include:

• Full implementation of game rules, board logic, and smooth animations for intuitive play
• Adaptive AI opponent that adjusts difficulty based on player performance, ensuring engaging matches for all skill levels
• Integration with Firebase for backend services, including analytics and crash reporting to maintain reliability
• Polished, responsive user interface optimized for mobile devices

This project results in an engaging, standalone game that combines strategic depth with seamless cross-platform delivery.
